Refund and Return

At Aaradhya Exporters, we take pride in supplying pure, fresh, and high-quality spices & agro products.
Because these are consumable food items, our return rules are carefully designed to maintain safety, hygiene, and product integrity.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered

If the product received is different from what you ordered.

✔ Damaged or tampered package

If the package is leaking, torn, opened, or damaged during transit.

✔ Quality issue (verified by our team)

If the product quality is not as expected based on genuine proof.


2. Conditions NOT Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

❌ Product opened or partially used
❌ Incorrect storage by the customer (moisture, heat, sunlight)
❌ Customer changed their mind after purchase
❌ Product scent, taste, or colour differs slightly (natural variation)
❌ Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery

Food products cannot be returned once opened due to safety regulations.


3. Timeframe for Reporting an Issue

All refund or replacement requests must be raised within:

24–48 hours of receiving the product

4. Proof Required

To process your claim, we may ask for:

📸 Clear photos of

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Damaged area (if any)

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.


5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

💰 Refund will be issued via

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Original payment method (where possible)

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


6. Replacement Process

If eligible, we will:

  • Send a replacement product
  • OR adjust the amount in your next order (for bulk/export buyers)

Replacement shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.


7. Export / International Orders

For overseas shipments:

  • No returns accepted due to customs & transport limitations
  • Replacement only if issue is verified within 48 hours
  • Refunds depend on international logistics and case review

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
